My story

Who's Jacob?

I’m honest, introspective, and analytical, which is why I always assumed I’d end up in medicine or accounting. Sales was the last career I expected.

What changed my mind was multifamily real estate. The more I studied it, the clearer it became that apartment buildings are among the best investment vehicles out there: steady income, built-in demand, and real opportunities to create value. Once I understood that, the brokerage side made sense.

Since starting my brokerage career in 2019, I’ve been involved in more than $200 million in real estate transactions across the Central Valley and Sierra Foothills.

When I’m not working on the next deal, I’m out looking for the next adventure.

“

I’m not pushing a product. I’m walking owners and investors through a logical case for an asset I genuinely believe in.

The life behind the deals

Family, competition, and community. The things that keep me grounded are the same things that make me better at this job.

Family & Oakdale Roots

My wife, Jenna, and I were ecstatic to welcome our son Max in 2025. We live in Oakdale, California and are passionate about laying deep roots in this community. When we're not spending weekends by the pool, we love traveling, experiencing new cultures, and discovering great local food together.

Competitive Racing & Track Days

I'm a man of many hobbies (golf, pickleball, and outdoor pursuits), but I've recently discovered the world of motorsport and haven't looked back. When I'm off the clock, I enjoy racing on my simulator and getting out on the track on the rare occaison.

The intense discipline, split-second calculations, and calm focus at high speed translate directly to how I underwrite and negotiate complex multifamily transactions.

Day-O Espresso & Closing Rituals

Caffeine runs deep in commercial real estate! I love a good shot of espresso so much that I partnered with a close friend to invest in Day-O Espresso, a local drive-thru coffee stand in town. It's a high-energy community venture that keeps our locals fueled.

One of my favorite traditions is hand-delivering clients freshly roasted premium coffee beans to celebrate a successful multifamily closing.
